About Grace
Grace Moniz, founder of Career Insights, is a certified coach, human resources consultant and trainer helping individuals and companies reach their full potential.
Professional Experience
Before founding Career Insights in 2004, Grace progressed over four years to become vice president, career services for Right Management, Inc.’s West Los Angeles office.
Previously she accumulated over 20 years experience in human resources management at Mattel, Inc., a Fortune 500 consumer products company, where her internal clients included information technology, finance, operations, sales and legal functions. She provided career development, performance, and management coaching and consultation to professional staff and executives, guiding them in strategic decision making that furthered corporate goals and minimized legal risk. Her background at Mattel also included training, program development and implementation, employee relations and work/life consulting. She created Mattel’s work/life balance program, and was the driving force behind establishing a child development center and a health and fitness center.
